Paul Keller
President
Began building homes in Florida since 1981. A state certified
class A General Contractor, he’s been with the Worthington Family since
1991 and has been the impetus behind the 3000 successfully built homes for
Worthington Communities. Paul is originally from Louisville, KY.

Tony Guaneri
Vice President
Began building homes in 1979 in Tuscon,
AZ. He moved to Florida in 1989 and joined Paul Keller with the
Worthington Family in 1995. A state certified class A General Contractor as
well, this dynamic duo lives for building homes and will be the standard by
which all others are judged. Tony is originally from Long Island, NY.

Manager
Bob has experience from field installer to construction
superintendent. His relationships with engineers, architects, county
officials coupled with materials pricing and scheduling has made Bob a
valuable member of the Worthington Homes team.
